Thirteen is the lucky number for Liverpool lottery winners

Thirteen people across Liverpool, Merseyside are celebrating after winning £1,000 each thanks to their lucky postcodes.
L11 6NA and L16 7QS were both announced as winners with People’s Postcode Lottery on Sunday January, 24. There were eight winners playing with L11 6NA with a further five players winning with L16 7QS.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson said: “A big congratulations to all those who have picked up a prize today in Liverpool. I hope you treat yourselves to something special with the cash.”
A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted on behalf of Postcode Culture Trust which has a mission to inspire learning, understanding and appreciation of science, music, arts and culture.
Many good causes close to the winners have also benefitted from players’ support, and local charities can apply for funding next year.
