Both Aldershot & Farnborough under-13 and under-14 squads had a week to remember as they both made the national semi-finals.

The U13s played under the lights at Salesian College, beating a strong South East Sussex side 2-1, with goals from Kaden Allsopp and Jensen Mogridge.

They will next travel to Swansea at the end of the month in the semi-final.

The U14 side, who won nationals last year, took on Croydon at Salesian College and recorded a resounding 4-0 win.

Goals came from George Turner, Reece Wareham, Mikey Milchev-Szczepaniak and Thomas Neail, while Gethin Griffiths and Chi Chimuchere had strong games at the back.

They will host North Kent in the semi-final in mid-March.

Manager Gareth Cousins said: β€œTo have two squads in the semi-finals is testimony to the hard work that has gone in preparing the squads and the strong schools and grassroots programme in the area.”

The U15s completed a great week by winning 3-2 away to Southampton in the league, thanks to a brace from Louis Pask and one goal from Euan Moss.

Aldershot & Farnborough District Schools sides are based in Aldershot, Hampshire and Farnborough, Hampshire.
