Various planning applications have been submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

The list of received applications can be found below.

• Work to Trees in a Conservation Area: Removal of 2x Silver Birch trees in the rear garden, Madison, Llysworney.
• Remove 3 Leylandii two of which are dying and the third in poor condition to the right of the property in the rear garden. Not covered by TPOs but within the Conservation Area, Greenfield, East Street, Llantwit Major.
• Work to Trees in a Conservation Area: There are 11 Ash trees along the bank of Nant Llancarfan within my property, that are at various stages of Ash Dieback. Also 4 willow trees of poor form, all these trees removed and to plant various replacement Willows along the bank A clump of 8 Sycamore trees in my garden should be removed as it is encroaching on the shed. This tree does not add to the crown of the trees. The others are planned to be pollarded to about 15-20 feet as previously.New Mill Cottage, Llancarfan.
• Demolition of the existing dwelling and redevelopment of the site to accommodate residential development and associated works, Land at Bolston House, Bonvilston.
• Variation of Condition 10 of planning permission 2012/00190/FUL (Servicing and deliveries hours) Waitrose Ltd, Birds Lane, Cowbridge

• Building for storage of machinery, hay, and energy crops, Gwaun Wen Farm, Hensol, Pontyclun.
• Amend Condition 2 for house types on plots 2 and 3. Planning permission 2016/00168/FUL - Demolition of existing property and development of three detached dwellings, Knoll Cottage, 54, Cog Road, Sully.
• Erect conservatory to the rear of the property, 34, Heol Eryr Mor, Barry.
• Two storey side and rear extension, 9, Glebeland Place, St Athan.
• Proposed new retirement dwelling, Garden of The Villa, Trehedyn Lane, Peterston Super Ely.
• 2021/00284/ADV Aluminium composite sign tray to be face laminated with company logo and contact details, Triangle Building (Former Tourist Information Centre), 11A, Paget Road, Barry.
• Small changes to our conservatory, same exact footprint. Making the roof flat and slate instead of the plastic one we have. The east-facing opaque windows replace with a brick wall to improve the insulation of the conservatory, 23, Bron Awelon, Barry.
• Proposed Glamping site on part of Brackendene, Burdonshill Wenvoe, Brackendene, Burdonshill Lane, Wenvoe.
