Ipstones village road race day to go ahead in August
The event, which will be held at Ipstones Memorial Hall recreation ground, will also feature family fun activities
The annual Ipstones five mile road race is to take place on Saturday, August 28.
The event, which will be held at Ipstones Memorial Hall recreation ground in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire will also feature family fun activities. The day will commence at 10.30am with a tractor road run.
The junior run of about one mile will start at 2.45pm with the main race at 3.30pm. A tiny tots run will take place at 3.35pm.
The cost of entry for the races is £3 for the junior run; main race £12 for club members £14 ‘unattached’; Tiny tots £1, entry on the day

Proceeds from the event will go to the Midlands Air Ambulance charity. Food and refreshments will also be available.
