Various planning applications have been submitted to North Warwickshire Borough Council with some decisions, also made this week.

Planning applications decided by North Warwickshire Borough Council last week include:

  • Conversion of a stable block, currently used as ancillary storage, to residential annex to main property at The Coach House, London Road, Bassetts Pole.
  • Siting of an agricultural worker's mobile home for temporary three-year period at Arley Lane Poultry Farm, Station Road, Arley.
  • Prior Approval for Use of Office (Class E) to State-funded School (F1a) for up to three academic years on both ground and first-floor at Old Hall Farm, Whitestitch Lane, Great Packington.

  • Certificate of lawfulness for erection of two-storey and single-storey rear extension 3m deep off existing C3 dwelling in line with height restrictions for permitted development at 1 Church Lane, Wisahaw.
  • Construction of commercial cat boarding facility at Four Winds, Austrey Lane, Newton Regis.
  • Certificate of lawfulness for proposed roof alterations with dormer, side extension, porch and garden outbuilding at Springfields, Hill Top, Arley.
  • Removal of one existing 20m monopole and one equipment cabinet to be replaced with one new 20m monopole accommodating new antennas with a wraparound cabinet, installation of two additional cabinets and associated ancillary works thereto at Telecommunications Mast MBNL / Three (UK) Limited, Packington Lane, Little Packington.
