Well-being walks in Bridgend throughout August

Bridgend County Borough residents are invited to join Well-Being Walks For all every Wednesday throughout August.

By joining Well-Being Walks For All people can enjoy some light exercise while learning about nature and heritage, meet like-minded people and enjoy the local countryside.

Provided by Groundwork Wales, the scheme is focused on Bryngarw Country Park and takes place every Wednesday throughout August from 10am to 11.30am starting from the visitor centre.

Attendance is free, but places must be booked by contacting Jordan at Groundwork Wales on 07824 473086 or jpayne@groundwork.org.uk
