Become a mental health champion at Wokingham training days
There are mental health first training days held across the spring in Wokingham, Berkshire
People in Wokingham are being offered the chance to become mental heath champions at training days in the town.
Unlock Your Wellbeing will be running the courses which will help trainees develop an understanding of how to create a healthier workforce or community.
Mental Health Champions will receive a manual as well as a certificate on completion of this course.
The courses, held in Wokingham, Berkshire, aim is to train at least 10 per cent of the population in vital wellbeing skills.

Course dates are:
- Thursday, January 25 at Wokingham Methodist Church in Rose Street
- Wednesday, February 14 and Wednesday, February 21 at Wokingham Fire Station in Easthampstead Road (attendants must be part to both days)
- Thursday, March 1 at Wokingham Fire Station
Each course requires a minimum number of participants, if the minimum number is not reached the respective course will have to be cancelled.
