There are some incredible pieces of architecture across the North East, from bridges to cathedrals, to castles and shopping arcades.
With the foundations for Durham Cathedral laid in 1093 and the Angel of the North opening in 1998, our landscapes are ever changing and our architecture has stood the test of time.
